One of the most common actions on the asset management system is to search for content and make a collection so that it can be shared. Watch below!
To get started, make a collection in your collection drawer. Search for the content that you want to include in the collection and add it to the collection. In this example we use the +/ - button but you can also use the √ and add with your Actions buttons. You'll see the content populate in your collection and then it is ready to be shared.
This collection has been shared internally with another account holder by selecting the Internal user sharing option from Share. Simply add an account holder's name and they will get a notification that a collection has been shared with them.
For an external share, select that option - with or without an expiration date or password - and a URL will be automatically generated to share as needed.
Once a collection is shared, changes to it will be visible across all shares so new content can be added to a collection while keeping the original link intact. It's a great way to keep a colleague or partner updated with new assets without sharing a new link.
